µTorrent1.7.1是否是RIAA/MPAA的间谍软件？未知

大家都知道由于当年BitComet有吸血行为（优先传数据给相同客户端），国外的一部分tracker曾经封锁过这一曾经在中国使用率最高的BT软件。现在，国外少数几个Tracker（如leecherslair、torrentforall、bitmetv等站）开始ban某个特殊版本的、小体积 BT客户端软件——µTorrent 版本1.7/1.7.1。据这些tracker的说法：
" It has been determined that utorrent 1.7 and upwards has a bug that reports your stats incorrectly.

It has also been determined that it reports private info outside of the tracker.

we advise anyone using these versions to downgrade back to utorrent 1.6.1. you can download it by clicking HERE . Anybody using 1.7 or above does so at their own risk and we will not be given any user support.

向Tracker 之外的地方报告私有信息？在google上搜索，只发现这个软件在推出1.7版之前被bittorrent协议的母公司（Bittorrent Inc.）收购，而这个公司为了生存，和美国电影协会MPAA（在美国臭名昭著的、反P2P盗版行动最积极的组织之一（另一个是RIAA））合作已经有很长时间，负责过滤自己公司所能管辖范围内（如bittorrent.com搜索）的版权相关信息。bittorrent官方客户端近年来已经几乎无人问津，也许正是这个原因。继续进一步挖，发现了有一些具有明显偏向性的文章。

时代华纳电信？Peer 1 Network？看上去确实和MPAA有点关系。但这又能说明什么呢？
所谓“证据”的提供者并没有进行抓包，既然你在上传/下载东西，不管你下载什么，都有可能在你的BT网络上出现来自RIAA/MPAA的间谍系统，它可不是和客户端有关的；你也没有给出1.6版本的对应数据，而是抛出另一个“Halite”软件的数据，这可以说明问题的来源就是这特定版本的µTorrent 吗？
而另一些人用Wireshark抓包，指向的IP属于多播范围，在外网上基本不可能出现。在changelog里也清楚地说了这个版本加入了UDP多播搜寻同一内网内用户的功能。总之，这个版本的µTorrent是否是RIAA/MPAA的间谍软件，还没有任何证据能够肯定或者否定它。
这些tracker当然是怕鬼敲门惯了，谁叫你设在U$A，谁叫你设在“在版权方面，版权作品的用户没有任何权利”的欧盟？哈哈~快点来我们这个河蟹的国家吧。

至于我，完全置身事外。我不看好莱坞电影，不听美国音乐，身处和谐大国，RIAA、MPAA没有理由和办法来对我怎么样。
